Homework falls into two categories.
Most homework given in Years 1 to 7 will consist of oral or silent home reading and learning of spelling and tables. Class teachers form their class homework policy within these guidelines and communicate it to parents.
NB: Homework will NOT be given as a matter of policy. Rather it will be given according to the child’s needs.
